Hi is there a private bathroom?

Hi, ofcourse all studio units have a private bathroom and private kitchenette involved.

do you have anything available from 25/04 to 16/07 and do you have parking thank you

Yes we have availability for these dates. We have paid parking option, but parking restriction is only for 2hours during weekdays. Its restricted between 10am to 12noon except this 2h you can always park for free and its free all day during weekends.

Hi how would we access? And do you take a deposit?

Hi, we have self check-in at this property so you can enter at any time you wish. We don't charge deposit. The property is situated 10min walk from Clapton Station so it takes about 20min to Central London.

hello the small room option does it have the green thin bed or the white bigger one??? how to know which one will it be if i book?

Hello, all of our units has double size bed. in some units we have sofa bed (the green one which you mentioned) which also can be converted into a double size bed. you can see the exact photo of each unit in the process of booking

Hi, all photos are related to the property. this is an apart hotel with studio flats. There is smart TV in each studio and you can use them for watching Netflix, YouTube, etc

Hi, all units have a kitchennets inside your private studio and also there are 3 separate common kitchens additionally. With sitting areas to socialise if you wish. We also have board games available.

Hi, we have a small kitchenette inside each unit. and also three big common kitchens that guest can use for cooking. our hobs are only in big common kitchens.

Hi, the nearest overground station is Clapton Station which is 10 minutes walking distance from our place.

Hello, you can check availability on our property page and book it from there. we have available units for June 3. You can park on the street but there is parking restriction between 10am-12noon during weekdays. And free all day during weekends.

It was okay, quite basic but still, good sleep, Netflix, various busses nearby and helpful host.
The room itself was comfortable, good mattress, good shower, the facilities were new/newish and there is free Netflix which is a nice touch. I had a good sleep there. My host was always available and helpful via WhatsApp. Bus stops were conveniently close and with a little ride it was easy to reach tube stations and popular areas. There is a nice big park nearby, ideal for runners.
My room was a bit dark and not super clean especially the kitchen, but not too bad either. Walls are paper-thin, I could hear every little noise coming from the house. Luckily all the other guests were quiet during the night and still managed to sleep well. Also the doors - probably due fire safety reasons - were very heavy and slamming loudly. The area seemed safe but had to walk quite a lot to reach any shops, restaurants or the tube station. Weird homeless person lives across the road in a DIY bungalow, but he seemed totally harmless.

Very small room. As we had travelled from over sears we had to manage large ports up 3 flights of stairs, not good for aged persons.

Home from home, with extras
The building and the apartment were decorated to a very high standard. It was very clean. I loved the well thought out decor, finishing touches and furnishings. It has given me some fantastic inspirational ideas to redecorate my home. The use of space was also well thought through. I also loved the view from my room as It overlooked the park which gave me a real sense of peace and calmness, which I needed. The location was also within easy reach of transport and shops. The manager too was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating when I had a sudden emergency arise and he liaised with me regularly to help me in relation to my stay.
It was slightly noisy at night as other residents came in late and were talking a bit loud which made it difficult to switch off and try to sleep. The doors also kept banging when people left their rooms due to being fire doors. Although I loved the kitchens, they could have done with having tea towels and oven gloves. But overall I loved the accommodation. Sadly my break was cut short due to a sudden family emergency, so I didn't get the needed rest I had hoped for. But I would definitely come back again.
